OK, let’s get to the meal! For starters, we have the famous chicken nugget deep end deep dish. This is actually my favorite keto diet recipe of all time. I made this while watching The Atkins Diet. All you do is combine two cups of chicken nuggets, a half a cup of sour cream, a tablespoon of pepper, and a quarter teaspoon of Cayenne pepper. Lightly mix together, heat up the sauce on medium high, and cook the chicken nuggets until they are done.

Another one of my favorites is the pork rind pastrami sandwich. Again, this is another of my favorite low carb diet recipes, and I love it on its own or served with chips. To make this recipe, simply brown some pastrami, add some tomato sauce, some lettuce, and maybe some pickles or onions if you like. Serve this along with some potato chips. I recommend potato chips because not only do they have a nice flavor, but they are very inexpensive.

Another of the recipes from the “8fit” series that is one of my favorites is the pepperoni pizza crust. I’ve made this several times, both as a base for meals for my wife’s total diet, and as an addition to my keto diet recipes. The key to this recipe is to use a quality pepperoni as the topping. If you want the best overall flavor, try using quality Italian bread crumbs.

Now back to the original question: Are these low carb diets healthy? Yes, and no. First of all, as I said above, these kinds of diets are designed as a method to drastically reduce your caloric intake, which will in turn help you lose weight. However, you should still be aware of the fact that your body will still need calories even though you are on a reduced calorie diet. That is why it is important to supplement your diet with some healthy carbohydrates such as vegetables, meats, and nuts. By combining a good diet with these healthy foods, you can easily get back to eating all the foods that you enjoy while on a keto diet!
